Recruitment and Selection Steps
- Application
Visit our open opportunities page and apply. Each vacancy announcement includes specific application instructions and an application deadline. Please follow the instructions carefully. Once a job application is submitted, you will receive an email stating your application was successfully submitted.
- Screening Process
After the application deadline, your application will be reviewed for minimum qualifications needed to perform the essential job functions as outlined in the posting. Depending on the business need, your application may be screened for desirable qualifications. After the initial screening, you may either be invited to take an exam and/or participate in the interview process.
- Interview
If you are invited to an interview, a member of our Human Resources team will contact you by phone or email to schedule time to meet with members from our organization.
Following the first interview, you may then be invited to participate in a second interview. Oftentimes, reference checks are performed at this stage of the process.
- Offer Letter
If you are selected for hire, you will be notified through an offer letter! If you are ultimately not selected, you will be notified of our decision to pursue other candidates.
- Post-Offer Screenings
Post-offer screenings include:
- Criminal background check
- Driver’s license check
- Pre-employment physical
- Start Employment
- Attend a New Employee Orientation
- Fill out onboarding forms
